Grader Than Support is a comprehensive suite of support services designed to help K-12 schools and colleges meet the needs of their students and faculty. Our services provide early access to college CS programs for high school students, help colleges maintain predictable enrollment, and provide personalized 1-on-1 support to existing faculty members. We also train aspiring teachers on their journey to becoming a teacher and train existing faculty members in new technologies. With our help, institutions can ensure they have the help they need for mission-critical tasks.
Grader Than Pathways
Grader Than pathways foster digital literacy feedback loops within local communities between K-12 schools and Colleges. They focus on effective pedagogical practices to accelerate the advancement of students' early access to local college courses, which in turn boosts college enrollment. Additionally, they use proven andragogical strategies to enhance the creation and development of teachers in local communities.

For K-12
At the K-12 level, the Grader Than Pathway develops CS teachers and opens doors for students to participate in early college computer science courses.
With the Grader Than professional development pathway, you may assist your existing personnel in teaching future digital courses. We work with our college partners to foster future technology teachers in their local K-12 communities by placing their students aspiring to become teachers in local tutoring positions to supplement our partner K-12 faculty. Ultimately we connect these aspiring students to our partner K-12 districts to fill full technology teaching positions. We provide professional development services for your existing faculty as well.
As your digital literacy program grows, we close the feedback loop by connecting our partner high school students to relevant technology college courses at our partner colleges.
Throughout the entire process, teachers and students have a seamless standardized experience as they work from the Grader Than Workspace.
For Colleges
At the collegiate level, the Grader Than Pathway builds pipelines to our partner K-12 districts to provide a predictable source of enrollment. Through our K-12 early college pathway, high school students enter early college courses. High School students in college courses can seamlessly engage with the collegiate course material as they work from the Grader Than Workspace.
The Grader Than Teaching Pathway makes it easy for aspiring computer science teachers to start their careers. Students get started by connecting with local tutoring positions in our partner K-12 districts. On their way, we facilitate routine study groups to assist them as they prepare for the state licensing exam. Ultimately, students connect to teaching full-time positions at our partner K-12 districts.
